How booking, cancellation, exam sign-in, and the entrance ticket work. Prices below are the ones our offerings file and checkout code agree on.
Common questions
How far ahead do I need to book?
Book at https://meet.eduavenues.com/book. A session needs 24 hours' notice.
Session lengths are Quick Question (15 minutes), Standard Session (30 minutes), Coaching Session (45 minutes), Deep Dive (60 minutes).
What happens if I cancel or need to reschedule?
You can cancel at no charge up to 24 hours before the start. That time goes back to the hours in your plan.
Inside 24 hours, the session still counts toward the hours in your plan. A session cannot be rescheduled inside 24 hours of the start.

How do I open practice exams or sign in with the right email?
Sign in with the email on your enrollment. TJ practice exams are at your exams page. SAT and ACT sign-in is at www.eduavenues.com/sat.
Signed in with a different email? Use the enrollment link: you type the email on the enrollment, that inbox confirms, and you come back to booking. Use this email with your enrollment.
Why do you ask for an entrance ticket, and what does a good one say?
The entrance ticket is how we prepare. It says what changed since last time and what you want decided in the session, so the time is spent on that.
A useful update is at least 30 characters, or the line "Nothing major has changed" when nothing major changed. Name the class, grade, test date, or application that changed. The goal is at least 30 characters and says the question or decision you want answered. A few words, such as "essay", are not enough.
What do meetings cost, and what is refundable?
Private meetings draw on the hours included in your enrollment. The booking page shows what is left. Cancelling in time returns those hours. A late cancellation keeps them on the plan. It is not a separate cash charge.
CollegePrep Foundations is $495 per year.
CollegePrep Insider is $2,495 per year. Individual calls and synchronous advising sessions are not included.
Your $125 deposit is refunded if you enroll in an EduAvenues program within 30 days of the consultation.
The $525 fee covers this one-hour consultation. There is no enrollment deposit credit.
